According to me, the best way to raise funds for any charity campaign is by setting up some good entertainment program and thereby collect money in the form of tickets, etc.
NCVO (The national Council for Voluntary Organizations) is been serving as a social organization since 90 years.
Umbrella Body is planning to hire stars to help them raise a £2 a month donations, under NCVO.
The campaign will have some celebrities urging people to donate a £2 a month to charity. This plan has already been discussed with Charities Aid Foundation, and the Charity Finance Directors’ Group. There was a positive response from both these organizations.
The next step will be to finalize the plan which is expected to take place within a few weeks. No news has been released regarding approaching any celebrities.
They might be waiting for the plans to get finalized, which may also include on whom to approach.
