Another accident, which has taken lives of high school cheerleaders along with a passenger. After cheering their football team for a match, the cheerleaders in a sport utility vehicle return back from the ground to celebrate one’s birthday on Friday, October 24, 2008. The vehicle was on wet, foggy highway in Scott country met with an accident.
One girl was ejected from the vehicle and taken to University of Tennessee Medical Centre and was died on Saturday night and female passenger in the car lost her unborn child because of injuries from the accident. Passenger in the car, Jeweline Ledbetter King, 49, lost her life.
It was more than a shock for students of high school and cheerleading coach, they were liked by 800 students of the school. Slick and foggy conditions are cause for the accidents, investigators believed. The accident took place on US Highway 27 in Scott Country; the highway was shut down for eight hours.
